Squash membership - update

Hi [[firstname]]

My apologies if you replied to the email send recently regarding subscriptions, unfortunately our email system was not receiving responses, this is however now rectified.

We recognise that some members will not be returning to squash due to the continuing pandemic and if this is the situation for you, please reply to this email letting us know your plans and we can update the membership system.

The options for members at present are as follows:

1. Freeze you membership with no fees. We will retain your profile on the MyCourts system plus preserve any lights credit you have, you can then reactivate your membership at any point by making a subscription payment. If you wish to freeze your membership please reply to this email.

2. Renew your membership and use the club in line with the various England Squash restrictions. To do this use the link below. You will receive a 5 month addition to your normal 12 months membership as compensation for the period in which the club has been closed.

To make a payment please login to the MyCourts system using this link: [[subs_payment_link]]

3. Some members may decide not to rejoin the club having found other interests during the closure. In this case please reply to this email and we will update our systems.

We now have about 70 members back active at the club and we hope very much to see you and your playing partners before long.

If you have any queries, please let me know.

Regards

Fraser Anderson
